Refund policy

WE JUST WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR ORDER! However, all the products that we sell are made to order meaning we don't keep any in stock. As soon as you order, we get to work making your product and for that reason we do not offer any buyer's remorse type returns.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS UNLESS the order you received is WRONG, MISSING, DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the order. Make sure to include photos of the said wrong, missing, damaged or defective product that you received when contacting us. In this case, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sorry, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed.  

Keep the following in mind:

  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

UNITED STATES

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return.

STEP 1: Package your items and your Shipping Confirmation email.

  • Place your items in a box — the one your order came in can easily be reused — along with any necessary packing materials.
  • Print and enclose the top half of your Shipping Confirmation email to use as your return receipt. 
  • If your return is sent back without this information, we will not be able to process your refund.

STEP 2: Take your package to the carrier of your choice.

  • Be sure that your return is properly insured and trackable so you’ll be able to ensure your package arrives as expected.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.
  • Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

STEP 3: Mail your package to the address we will provide if we accept your return

Once we receive your items, we’ll send you a Return Order Confirmation email with all the details.
